What to expect
from the consult
Step one
We watch your dog
Not a sales pitch. We want to see how your dog moves, greets, reacts to us, and recovers from something mildly startling. Ten minutes of watching tells us more than a form ever could.
Step two
We ask about your life
Who lives in the house, what the daily routine is, where things go wrong and how often. A program that ignores your actual schedule is a program you will abandon in week two.
Step three
We give you a straight answer
Which program fits, roughly how long it takes, and what it costs. If four private lessons will solve what you came in worried about, we will say that instead of selling you four weeks.
Bring this with you
- Current vaccination records — required before any dog enters the property.
- The leash, collar, or harness you actually use day to day, not the one you bought for the visit.
- An honest account of any bite history or aggression. It changes the plan, and withholding it ends a program without refund.
- Whoever else handles the dog at home. Training one person out of three rarely holds.

The free consultation exists for exactly that. We look at your dog's behavior, your goals, and your schedule, then recommend the fit — even when the fit is the cheaper option.
Yes. Behavior Modification is built for fear, reactivity, and aggression. Some of those dogs do best inside a Board & Train where we control the environment all day.
Always. Private Lessons train you and your dog together, and every Board & Train ends with an owner workshop plus lifetime access to weekly group sessions.
